Job summary

Vector Synergy in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a skilled AV/V Security Specialist to support Audio Video and Visual services. You will implement security measures, manage backend and frontend systems, and ensure uptime and optimal performance.

Candidates should have PKI/AD integration experience, familiarity with monitoring tools, and network troubleshooting skills. NATO clearance is required, and you will coordinate vendor-approved software upgrades and patches, with strict adherence to NATO

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience with AD and PKI integration with Cisco products.
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as nGeniusOne, CA Performance Management, CA Spectrum, etc.
• 2+ years' experience in troubleshooting network issues and boundary protection devices.

Responsibilities

• Implement security measures (patches, updates) on systems with minimal downtime.
• Perform administration and maintenance tasks as SME to ensure availability and performance.
• Upgrade backend systems and frontend devices to latest vendor-approved software.

Support for Audio Video and Visual (AV/V) Services Location: Mons, Belgium Security Clearance: NATO Secret Reference No: C005127 / Mons Deadline for application: 21/10 /2026

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Communication Systems integration with PKI and Active Directory - Intermediate Proficiency Level - At least 2 years' experience/good knowledge in AD and PKI integration with Cisco products ;
• Experience with monitoring platforms and protocols - Intermediate Proficiency Level - At least 2 years' experience / good knowledge of monitoring platforms such as nGeniusOne , CA Performance management, CA Spectrum, etc ;
• Network - Intermediate Proficiency Level - At least 2 years' experience/ knowledge in troubleshooting basic network issues (including boundary protection devices) on servers and end users; Splunk log monitoring and analysis, nGeniusOne monitoring and analysis.

Duties/role:

• Implementing security measures (patches, updates, etc.) on systems manually or supervising automatic deployment with minimal to no downtime;
• Performing all administration and maintenance tasks required at the backend and frontend as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure availability, continuity, and optimum performance;
• Bringing backend systems, and where software exists also frontend devices, to the latest software version released by the vendor and approved by NATO authorities .
