Job summary

Rhox is seeking a media support engineer to provide first-line technical support for radio, television and live broadcasts. You will help journalists, editors and directors resolve production problems and learn new systems and equipment.

The role involves resolving incidents across production tools, coordinating specialists, and testing new systems in a fast-paced studio environment. Strong Dutch (C2) and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in media.
• At least three years operating or coordinating a technical environment.
• Experience in a broadcast environment or audiovisual technology.
• A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Dutch proficiency at C2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio, video and editing software.
• Experience processing media files.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of audio or video recording equipment, including microphones, mixing desks and video cameras.
• Technical or audiovisual training, with knowledge of IT and electronics.
