g2 Recruitment is seeking a Supply & Quality Lead in Belgium to manage a 5-person team within a highly technical engineering environment. You will oversee sourcing, purchasing, supply, warehouse and quality to ensure quality, availability, cost and delivery levels.

You will partner with engineers and suppliers, drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, and leverage ERP systems to optimise performance while negotiating contracts and driving results in a 4 days on-site / 1 day remote

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, procurement and supply chain experience.
• Background in electronics or engineering; electronics engineering preferred.
• Experience managing suppliers and leading a team.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo and/or Microsoft Dynamics) advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 5-person supply & quality team.
• Manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Work closely with engineers on technical requirements.
• Oversee warehouse and supplier performance.
• Manage quality, cost and delivery issues.
• Support supplier negotiations, contracts and legal discussions.
• Improve supply and procurement processes using ERP systems.
