Haemers Technologies SA seeks a Technical Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own industrial operations from design to field deployment. You will lead shop floors in Neder-over-Heembeek and Nivelles, manage the supply chain teams, and supervise project/site leaders on a global scale.

You will drive procurement, planning and logistics, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and shape a scalable production process as the company grows internationally. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, with strong leadership experience.
• Extensive procurement, planning and logistics expertise in a project-driven environment.
• Fluent in French and English; willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee shopfloor manufacturing, testing and refurbishment of thermal remediation equipment.
• Lead national and international procurement, planning and logistics teams.
• Define sourcing strategy, supplier selection and performance management.
• Coordinate planning with project/engineering teams to align schedules.
• Mentor Project/Site Supervisors and develop leadership capabilities.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous-improvement initiatives across sites.
