Sally Europe is seeking a highly analytical Supply Planner to join our European Supply Chain team. If you enjoy turning data into action, collaborating across multiple functions, and solving complex supply challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

The role focuses on forecasting, inventory management, supplier collaboration, and optimizing launches and promotions to keep products available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory levels to support demand while minimising excess stock.
• Create and maintain supply forecasts using sales data and promotions.
• Manage purchasing and intake plans within budgets.
• Support launches, promotions, and range changes to ensure stock is available.
• Monitor supply chain performance and provide actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage risks.

What You'll Do

• Manage inventory levels to support customer demand while minimising excess stock.
• Create and maintain supply forecasts using sales data, trends, and promotional plans.
• Manage purchasing and intake plans within agreed budgets.
• Support product launches, promotions, and range changes to ensure stock is available when needed.
• Monitor supply chain performance and provide insights to drive improvements.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to proactively manage risks and resolve issues.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with forecasting or ERP systems such as D365 is desirable
