Belysse is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain organization in a manufacturing setting. You will build a structured, reliable demand planning process, linking Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

The role emphasizes cross-functional alignment, data-driven decision making, and ongoing optimization of planning parameters, with an opportunity to shape the future planning process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, S&OP, IBP, or a similar planning role.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of forecasting and demand planning principles.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, and Product Management.
• Experience in environments with high SKU complexity, customer-specific products, make-to-stock and make-to-order processes, or project-driven demand.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or SAP S/4HANA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the rolling demand plan across product families, customers, markets, and manufacturing sites.
• Translate historical data, commercial input, market trends, and project information into reliable demand forecasts.
• Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and significant demand changes.
• Ensure high-quality input for supply, production, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Lead or support the monthly demand review process within the S&OP/IBP framework.
• Prepare analyses on forecast changes, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Align demand forecasts with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Product Management, Supply Planning, and Operations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and demand volatility.
• Analyze forecast deviations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports and KPIs to support planning discipline and decision-making.
• Translate forecast performance into business impact on service levels, inventory, capacity utilization, and cash flow.
• Support demand segmentation strategies (make-to-stock, make-to-order, project business, strategic customers, etc.).
• Help define the appropriate forecasting and inventory strategy for each product and customer segment.
• Align demand planning with operational constraints and production capabilities.
• Contribute to SKU rationalization and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Act as the key link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Analyze and manage demand data using SAP S/4HANA, Excel, Power BI, and other planning tools.
• Improve master data, planning parameters, and data quality.
• Support the further professionalization and digitalization of the demand planning process.

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain organization and help build a structured, reliable, and business-integrated demand planning process.

This is a key role in improving forecast accuracy, customer service reliability, inventory quality, planning discipline, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and manage the rolling demand plan across product families, customers, markets, and manufacturing sites.
• Translate historical data, commercial input, market trends, and project information into reliable demand forecasts.

• Ensure high-quality input for supply, production, inventory, and capacity planning.

S&OP & Demand Review

• Lead or support the monthly demand review process within the S&OP/IBP framework.

• Align demand forecasts with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Product Management, Supply Planning, and Operations.

Forecast Performance & Continuous Improvement
