Job summary

Cartamundi is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement and transformation across the end-to-end supply chain. You will drive process excellence, optimize operations, and influence change with cross-functional teams in a global manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, digitalization, and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable improvements and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven track record of leading transformation, improvement, or change initiatives.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar methodologies.
• Experience managing projects, KPIs, and performance improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies to enhance quality, service, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements and best practices.
• Drive process standardization and governance to improve operational performance.
