Spandex is seeking a Group Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end transformation of its international supply chain. Reporting to the CEO, you will build a data-driven, customer-focused function that enables growth and strengthens performance across multiple countries.

You will drive strategic initiatives, partner across functions, and leverage technology to create sustainable competitive advantage through operational excellence.

Competenze

• Significant international supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading operational transformation within a multi-site or multi-country environment.
• Deep expertise in inventory optimisation, logistics, planning and supply chain strategy.
• Experience driving digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, particularly around working capital management.
• Ability to influence and lead across a matrix organisation.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead development and execution of the Group's supply chain strategy aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
• Drive inventory management, forecasting and replenishment to improve turns and service levels.
• Optimise inbound and outbound logistics networks across Europe for efficiency and cost.
• Review and reshape the warehouse network to prepare for future growth.
• Strengthen supplier collaboration and purchasing disciplines across the Group.
• Lead data-driven planning, automation and digital technologies for visibility and control.
• Partner with Country Managers and leadership to identify bottlenecks and enable country execution.
