McKinsey & Company is recruiting for the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) in Europe. You will work on client engagements, solve complex problems, and develop both operations and consultancy skills through coaching and structured training.

You will be based in one of our European offices, contributing to supply chain improvements and operational excellence across client projects. A Master’s degree and leadership experience are essential for this two-year program.

Formación

• Master’s degree with exceptional academics.
• Experience in supply chain management: design and implementation of logistics strategy, network optimization.
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate/mobility for European assignments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and local office language.

Responsabilidades

• Work on client engagements within the OEP program.
• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
• Gain operations and consultancy skills through on-the-job coaching and structured training.
