Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics required.
• Broad experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management.
• Proven leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for European assignments.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and local language.

Responsabilités

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.
• Develop purchasing strategies with European teams to support client objectives.
• Receive extensive training, coaching, and mentoring from senior leaders.
• Work from one of McKinsey's European offices as part of the Operations Practice.
