Bluecrux in Mechelen is seeking a Solution Manager to bridge business needs and technical implementation for Axon™ Solutions. You will design end-to-end data pipelines, configure the SaaS platform, and guide product development in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You bring a Master’s degree, 4–8 years in supply chain, strong data skills (Python, SQL, Scala), and excellent communication. Willingness to travel globally and a hybrid work model are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science or engineering or related areas.
• 4–8 years of supply chain experience with interest in supply chain planning solutions or ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL or Scala in big data environments; interest in AI/ML.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and communication skills; able to work across teams.

• Integration strategy: gather requirements and design end-to-end data pipelines.
