Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to join its Axon delivery team in Mechelen, Belgium. You will work with customers on Axon implementations, coordinating projects, validating data, and delivering value-driven outcomes.

You will drive client success, manage relationships, and contribute to product improvements while leveraging AI/ML concepts and big data tools. A 50/50 hybrid model is offered in Mechelen.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science, engineering, business management, data science, or related.
• 4–9 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain analytics.
• Experience with SC planning solutions (APS) and/or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Blue Yonder/OMP/Kinaxis/o9).
• Proficient with PowerBI and comfortable in big data environments.
• Hands-on with SQL and Python; interest in AI/ML concepts.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.

Senior Supply Chain Analytics Consultant

Description

As we grow, we're excited to invite a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to join our Axon™ delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and be a key contributor to Axon implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment and seamless integration of this advanced supply chain analytics solution. You will work with complex big data environments, leveraging a software solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial understanding to drive optimal results.

• Build and apply a solid understanding of client needs, industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and the overall value proposition.
• Configure the application, support testing and validation, ensure data accuracy, and develop value cases in close collaboration with the Solutions team, which is responsible for data integration and digital twin quality.
• Lead Axon implementation projects by coordinating activities, driving progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Act as customer success manager being the main person of contact for clients by maintaining strong client relationships, driving value realization and solution adoption, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Contribute to product improvements and support pre-sales activities through customer engagements, demonstrations, and proposal development.

About you

• You hold a master’s degree in science or engineering, business management, data science, or related areas.
• You have 4-9 years of relevant professional experience.
• You have experience in Supply Chain processes, and at least one year experience with SC planning solutions (APS) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, OMP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions).
• You are comfortable operating within big data environments and are familiar with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python or similar, as well as a keen interest in AI/ML concepts.
• You proactively address challenges and consistently focus on delivering practical, impactful solutions and tangible deliverables.
• You have strong communication skills, value collaboration and have a passion for tackling challenges together.
