Bluecrux Mechelen-based role seeks a Solution Manager to bridge business needs with technical implementation across Axon solutions. You will lead end-to-end data pipelines, design configurations, and guide product development while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

You bring 4–8 years in supply chain, strong data analytics, and superb communication to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders. Hybrid work model with global travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science or engineering or related fields.
• 4–8 years of supply chain experience, with interest in supply chain planning or ERP systems.
• Hands-on with data tools like Python, SQL; strong analytics mindset.
• Content-driven, proactive mindset with willingness to go beyond core duties.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have experience with ERP/APS systems.

Responsabilités

• Build and apply understanding of client needs, Axon solutions, and value proposition.
• Bridge client systems and SaaS platform by gathering data requirements and designing data pipelines.
• Design and implement custom configurations within the SaaS platform.
• Tackle complex client challenges with robust, user-friendly solutions.
• Engage with clients and support consultants to provide client-centered solutions.
• Provide product development feedback from customer usage to influence features and roadmap.
• Support pre-sales activities from a solution perspective and contribute to commercial engagements.
