Job summary

Beaulieu International Group in Kruishoutem, Belgium, seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to shape and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing and distribution, driving operational excellence and transformational change.

You will lead multiple sites and cross-functional teams, translate strategy into practical improvements, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous development and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles.
• Experience in roll goods industry is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service, Aftersales, Procurement, Planning, Sample Room, Warehouse, and Logistics teams across multiple production sites.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring and improving supply chain processes and KPIs, balancing Service, Cost, and Cash objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring daily operational challenges are resolved while proactively optimizing material and information flows.
• Partner with business analysts and other stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into practical and sustainable solutions.
• Translate supply chain performance data into actionable insights and operational reports.
• Coach, mentor, and empower your teams, creating an environment of accountability, ownership, and professional growth.
• Act as a change leader, supporting the ongoing transformation of the business and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration.
