Zohorecruit is supporting a leading Belgian consulting organisation in strengthening its Supply Chain Planning practice. The Senior Manager will lead large-scale engagements spanning demand, supply and inventory planning, and S&OP/IBP transformation initiatives.

The role requires senior client leadership, deep planning expertise and experience driving transformation programmes across complex supply chains. International exposure and cross-functional collaboration are advantages.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex supply chain planning engagements from initial assessment and strategy through to implementation.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on supply chain planning strategy, operating models and transformation.
• Assess existing demand, supply and inventory planning processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state planning processes, capabilities and operating models.
• Lead S&OP / IBP transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational and financial planning.
• Develop and implement demand and supply planning strategies.
• Support clients in improving forecasting, inventory levels, service levels and overall supply chain performance.
• Lead planning technology implementations and optimisation programmes where relevant.
• Manage large project teams and multiple workstreams across complex transformation programmes.
• Lead senior client workshops and facilitate decision-making across business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate strategic requirements into practical implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs, effective stakeholder management and commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and the development of new supply chain planning propositions.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers within the wider Supply Chain practice.

We are supporting a leading consulting organisation in Belgium that is looking to strengthen its Supply Chain Planning practice with an experienced Senior Manager.

This is a senior client-facing role focused on helping organisations transform their supply chain planning capabilities, from demand and supply planning through to S&OP / IBP, inventory optimisation and end-to-end planning operating models.

You will work with senior stakeholders to diagnose complex planning challenges, develop pragmatic strategies and operating models, and lead large-scale transformation and implementation programmes.

The role combines supply chain strategy, planning expertise, technology and transformation, making it particularly suited to someone who has worked across both the functional and strategic aspects of supply chain planning.

Your responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead complex supply chain planning engagements from initial assessment and strategy through to implementation.

We are looking for a senior supply chain professional with a strong track record across planning strategy, transformation and implementation.

Ideally, you will have:

• Significant experience in supply chain planning consulting, strategy consulting or a senior industry supply chain planning role.
  
• Strong expertise across demand planning, supply planning and/or S&OP / IBP.
  
• Experience leading large and complex supply chain transformation programmes.
  
• A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interdependencies.
  
• Experience designing future-state planning processes and operating models.
  
• Experience working with supply chain planning technology and digital solutions.
  
• Strong project and programme management experience.
  
• The ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
  
• Proven experience managing and developing consulting teams.
  
• Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  

Experience from a top-tier strategy or management consulting environment would be advantageous, particularly where this has involved supply chain, operations or planning transformation.
