Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to own functional workstreams in global transformation projects. You will mentor teams, manage milestones, and ensure client satisfaction while driving growth and cost reductions.

You will help design future-state planning organisations, run client workshops, and collaborate across workstreams to align stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on, results-driven approach and willingness to travel internationally within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in (business) engineering or economics; MBA is a plus.
• 4–8 years in supply chain & operations, with at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
• Experience with planning activities and hands-on with OMP or Kinaxis or other Advanced Planning Systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player focused on delivering transformation, growth, and innovation.
• Willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid model.

• Create internal impact by taking on additional roles such as coaching, content development, or commercial contributions.

Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will take ownership in global supply chain transformation projects, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

In this role, you will

• Take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and manage deliverables and milestones.
• Coach and support both Bluecrux colleagues and client team members, while mentoring consultants within your workstream.
• Follow up within your workstream to help ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to supply chain-wide transformation initiatives that drive growth, reduce costs and foster innovation.
• Co‑create and design the future‑state planning organisation and processes, documenting these at both process and organisational level.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops to identify needs, capture challenges and design solutions.
• Keep the bigger picture in mind and collaborate with other workstreams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Provide guidance throughout the implementation process and contribute hands‑on alongside the client.
• Work as one integrated project team with Bluecrux colleagues, the client and the tool provider.
• Create internal impact by taking on an additional role, such as people coaching, content development or commercial contributions.

Job Requirements

About you

• You hold a master’s degree in (business) engineering or economics. An MBA is a plus.
• You have at least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, from which at least 2 years in consulting or in project management.
• You have experience with planning activities and hands‑on experience with OMP or Kinaxis or other Advanced Planning Systems.
• You’re fluent in English.
