Bluecrux is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Transformation & Design Lead to own a portfolio of planning transformation initiatives and to lead a consultants squad. The role combines deep planning expertise with leadership and commercial acumen to redesign how clients plan and run their supply chains, with a focus on growth in the South region (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or supply chain transformation.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams and guide complex transformation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior audiences.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
• Driver's license or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Supply Chain Planning Transformation Lead

Description

As a Supply Chain Planning Transformation & Design Lead, you take ownership of a portfolio of supply chain planning transformation initiatives, while leading and developing a team of consultants within your squad.

You combine deep planning expertise with leadership and commercial acumen to help clients redesign how they plan and run their supply chains. In parallel, you play a key role in growing our planning transformation practice, particularly in the South region (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland).

What you’ll do

• Lead a portfolio of transformation initiatives
  You oversee multiple planning transformation projects from design through implementation, ensuring they move forward in a structured, aligned, and outcome-driven way. You set direction, maintain oversight across workstreams, and intervene where needed to keep teams on track.
• Drive planning design and structure complex problems
  You guide teams and clients in redesigning end-to-end planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, inventory, network) and translating business goals into clear operating models, processes, and solutions. You bring clarity to complexity and help define actionable next steps.
• Enable strong delivery through your team
  You lead and support a team of consultants, ensuring they are set up for success in their roles. You coach them in problem structuring, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Build trusted client relationships
  You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, creating alignment, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring deliverables are meaningful and impactful. You help clients navigate change and maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.
• Contribute to business growth
  You identify opportunities to extend client impact, shape proposals together with the sales team, and strengthen partnerships within the planning ecosystem (e.g. Anaplan). You contribute to the continued growth of our practice and regional presence.
• Bridge business and technology
  You ensure strong alignment between planning design and enabling tools, working closely with solution architects and partners to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

About you

• 8+ years of experience, including a strong track record in consulting or supply chain transformation
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning
• Proven ability to lead teams and guide complex transformation efforts
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior audiences
• Structured thinker who can simplify complexity and drive clarity
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership for delivery, people, and growth
• Experience with tools like Anaplan, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP is a plus (not a must)
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus
