Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, office management or back-office roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with an ERP system (EXACT is a strong advantage).
• Fluent Dutch, French and English.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Willingness to commute to Anderlecht.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate production orders, suppliers, stock and logistics administration.
• Follow up on deliveries, shipments, maintenance and quality activities.
• Support ERP administration and dashboards.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations and delivery documentation.
• Provide office and management support across departments.
