Job summary

MEOGROUP Belgium is seeking a Functional Analyst to support a major Supply Chain Transformation program. You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and translate them into functional designs for ERP and logistics systems while coordinating with business and IT teams across multiple sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in SCM/ERP/logistics, experience with end-to-end processes, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain, ERP, logistics, or a related environment
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, order management, and logistics
• Experience participating in ERP or logistics system implementation and/or integration projects
• Experience at the interface between business teams and IT departments
• Experience in a multi-site Supply Chain environment and in cross-functional, international organizations
• Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or another complex operational environment
• Experience supporting business process harmonization or standardization

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and transform requirements into functional designs for ERP and logistics systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, integration specialists, testers, and analysts to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Lead workshops, challenge business requirements, and propose improvements
• Create process maps, functional specifications, and data-flow documentation
• Coordinate SIT and UAT, including test strategies and result reporting
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across end-to-end processes
• Assist with data migration, data quality, and master data validation
• Provide functional validation reports and stakeholder presentations

MEOGROUP - Functional Analyst – Supply Chain / ERP / Logistics

1. Context of the mission

Our client is currently implementing a major Supply Chain Transformation Program and is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the Program Manager.

The role will focus on analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into functional designs for ERP and logistics systems. The Functional Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, integration specialists, testers, and other analysts to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain solutions.

The consultant will contribute to the functional alignment of the different stakeholders and help ensure that the proposed solutions meet both business and operational requirements.

3. Languages

• Dutch : Fluent
• The consultant must be able to operate effectively in an international and multilingual business environment.

4. Work location

• Hybrid assignment in the Brussels area
• Approximately 2 days per week onsite
• Approximately 3 days per week remote

5. Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience may also be considered

7. Objective of the assignment

The objective of the assignment is to support the successful delivery of Supply Chain transformation initiatives by providing high-quality functional analysis, clear documentation, and thorough validation of ERP and logistics system integrations.

The Functional Analyst will help ensure:

• Consistency across end-to-end Supply Chain processes

9. Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and structured Functional Analyst with a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and ERP environments. The candidate is comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders and is able to translate operational needs into clear, implementable system requirements.
