Job summary

ExoXpert is seeking a Supply Chain Expert in Liège to manage inventory of raw materials and consumables, and oversee reception and outbound shipments. The role emphasizes GMP/GDP compliance, documentation, and collaboration with QC, R&D and production teams.

You will maintain accurate inventory in MyCellHub and ODOO, coordinate supplier relations, and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse and supply chain at ExoXpert.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of raw materials and consumables in accordance with the forecasted production schedule.
• Ensure removal of expired raw materials and consumables and anticipate impact by timely re-ordering.
• Create purchase orders in ODOO, follow up on their approval and place orders with suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers for price quotes, order lead times and status of placed orders.
• Ensure accuracy of the inventory in the MyCellHub system.
• Ensure raw materials and consumables are stored in correct environmental conditions, and cold chains maintained when applicable.
• Annually perform an inventory count and report discrepancies.
• Perform order picking of raw materials and consumables according to R&D, QC and Production department’s request.
• Monitor supply chain risks and proactively identify shortages, long lead times, supplier issues, and other constraints that could impact R&D, QC, or GMP manufacturing activities.
• Complete the required documentation for material traceability.
• Register the received raw materials and consumables in the MyCellHub system.
• Perform labeling of materials with the internal material identification.
• Request applicable quality certification and/or MSDS from suppliers.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments for release of the raw material or consumable.
• Complete the required shipment documentation for equipment, QC samples, IND/IMP.
• Book suitable courier services for pickup and delivery time slots.
• Maintain GMP/GDP documentation and ensure traceability.
• Maintain a well-organized and tidy warehouse area.
• Ensure frequent removal of warehouse, laboratory and cleanroom waste from internal collection points to the site waste area.
• Comply with GMP and GDP principles.
• Report, support and investigate deviation events related to raw materials, consumables or the warehouse environment.
• Independently maintain a high level of training through the Quality Management System (QMS) SciLife.
• Schedule timely collection of accumulated biological waste containers by external service provider.
• Immediately follow up on equipment alarms for warehouse equipment (freezers, refrigerators,…).
• Adhere to Environment, Health and Safety regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the supply chain department, warehouse areas and ExoXpert in general.
