Manpower Belgium is partnering with an international market leader in Aalst to hire a Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Specialist (EMEA) on a fixed-term contract of at least 12 months. Hybrid role: 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze OTD and OTIF performance, translate business needs into reporting, and support the S/4HANA reporting roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) processes and OTIF performance drivers.
• Experience building reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within a SAP environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing visibility across the Order-to-Delivery process, supporting strategic improvement initiatives, and helping shape the future of Supply Chain reporting within a dynamic international organization.

Job Description:

As a trusted partner to Supply Chain and business stakeholders, you will:

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Skills

• Professional proficiency in English
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) processes and OTIF performance drivers
• Experience building reporting and analytics solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within a SAP environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Supply Assignment (ARun)
• Knowledge of OTIF and OTD performance reporting
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions and collaborating with IT teams
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or BW/HANA
• Experience as a Reporting SME, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• Continuous Improvement or Lean experience
