Manpower Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Specialist (EMEA) to join the Data Insights & Process Automation team. You will transform data into actionable insights, enhance visibility across the Order-to-Delivery process, and support strategic reporting initiatives in a dynamic international setting.

The role focuses on developing reporting solutions, leveraging Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Must have professional proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX and Excel.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Delivery processes and OTIF drivers.
• Experience building reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within a SAP environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyze OTD and OTIF performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable reporting and analytics tools.
• Support the EMEA S/4HANA reporting roadmap.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and project teams to design, test and deploy new reporting capabilities.
• Deliver meaningful insights that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
