Client of Manpower in Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Specialist to transform data into business insights. You will enhance visibility across Order-to-Delivery processes and support strategic improvements in a dynamic EMEA environment.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze OTD/OTIF trends, and collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and project teams to implement reporting capabilities that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must-have: professional proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, DAX and Excel.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) processes and OTIF.
• Experience building reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within a SAP environment.

Responsabilités

Our client, an international market leader, is looking for a Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join their EMEA Supply Chain Data Insights & Process Automation team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing visibility across the Order-to-Delivery process, supporting strategic improvement initiatives, and helping shape the future of Supply Chain reporting within a dynamic international organization.

As a trusted partner to Supply Chain and business stakeholders, you will:

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyze Order-to-Delivery (OTD) and OTIF performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable reporting and analytics tools.
• Support the EMEA Supply Chain S/4HANA reporting roadmap.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and project teams to design, test, and deploy new reporting capabilities.
• Deliver meaningful insights that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

• ? Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or BW/HANA
• ? Experience as a Reporting SME, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• ? Continuous Improvement or Lean experience
