Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced E&I Supervisor to join a leading client in Antwerp. The role involves supervising subcontractors for electrical and instrumentation installation, ensuring HSE compliance and project specifications, and coordinating site activities to align with the construction schedule.

Candidates should have a solid background in electrical and instrumentation construction, at least 5 years in supervision, and fluent English. European work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Solid background in electrical and instrumentation construction.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site supervision or management.
• Experience supervising subcontractors on industrial, energy or oil and gas projects.
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, inspection and testing.
• VCA-VOL certification.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors carrying out electrical and instrumentation installation activities.

• Liaise with the Construction Manager, E&I Superintendent and QC team to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Work Eligibility
