Syngenia SA is seeking an experienced site supervisor in Belgium to manage daily work programmes, coordinate site teams and ensure safety and quality on substation projects. You will deliver toolbox talks, manage RAMS compliance, and liaise with engineering, design, and safety teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and document control skills, with a proactive safety mindset and willingness to travel to project sites. A valid driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site teams on construction or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret RAMS, lifting plans, drawings, and specs.
• Proven planning and organizational skills for resource and materials management.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and leadership with clients and site teams.
• Proficient computer/tablet use for reporting and project management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate daily work programme for site personnel.
• Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and POWRAs.
• Supervise on-site teams, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available.
• Control site deliveries and reporting of received materials.
• Supervise substation construction, maintenance, and installation activities.
• Verify compliance with RAMS, lifting plans, specs and client requirements.
• Manage permits to work and access with authorities.
• Conduct pre-work safety inspections and promote safety culture.
• Liaise with engineering, design, quality and safety teams to resolve issues.
• Support Construction Manager in QA activities and ITP documentation.
• Ensure project documentation is properly managed.
