Digital Realty in Belgium seeks a Property Operations Manager to lead maintenance, ops administration and site optimization for non-white spaces and operational sites. You will ensure maintenance activities are aligned with annual plans, support financial reporting, and contribute to budget processes.

You will direct Property Management teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive monthly variance reporting while ensuring compliance with global requirements and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of practical experience in an electro-technical or industrial/mechanical environment.
• Experience / good understanding of ITIL or equivalent process framework.
• Experience with acquisitions and implementing / creating new systems and procedures would be a strong plus.

• Sets the direction for Property Management teams focusing on corporate goals.
• Direct and lead Property Management teams within the subregion and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategically plan and optimize resourcing and budget management for non-white spaces and operational sites.
