The Subject Matter Expert Finance will document existing processes, support the customer-to-supplier hand-over process, and translate bank accounting, bank reporting and regulatory requirements into clear operating guidance. The work supports a finance function in Brussels, Belgium and uses specialist tools including OFS, Perseus, Concorde and Ambre.
The programme covers process and organisational documentation, knowledge transfer and operational readiness for financial accounting and reporting activities. The hand-over includes training, shadowing, reverse shadowing, go-live and aftercare, with regulatory alignment and audit readiness built into the deliverables. The environment includes bank accounting and regulatory reporting through FINREP, COREP and Scheme A, alongside accounting, consolidation, management control and internal financial control. This work maintains reporting quality and control evidence as responsibilities move between organisations.
