ICF NEXT is seeking a Strategy Director to embed strategic thinking into creative work in Brussels, Belgium. You will develop and execute high‑quality communication strategies, foster innovation, and ensure campaign effectiveness across EU markets.

Lead a team of strategic planners and collaborate with creative and client teams to deliver measurable results, focusing on KPIs and impact. This is a senior, cross‑functional leadership role based in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 12+ years of advertising/communication strategy experience with team management.
• Extensive experience across marketing funnel and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other EU languages a plus.

• Lead a team of strategic planners to deliver high‑quality strategies.
• Conduct research to identify citizen insights and data-driven supports.
• Bridge strategy and creative teams to embed strategic thinking.
• Drive innovation and shape new service offerings for clients.
