Triwill Group seeks a Creative Lead - DTC & Performance Creative based in Belgium. You will own the creative engine across agencies and internal teams, driving high-impact paid social creative to acquire customers.

You’ll oversee research, briefing, production, QA, testing and iteration, collaborating with strategists, editors, designers and art direction. Data-driven decisions will guide creative improvements and scalable workflows will turn learnings into repeatable processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the creative engine across agencies and internal teams from briefing to production.
• Lead QA, testing and iteration of paid social creative.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, designers and art direction to raise quality and performance.
• Use performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, revenue) to drive decisions and testing.
• Build scalable systems, workflows and reporting to turn learnings into repeatable processes.
• Own creative output and drive business growth.
