Job summary

ENGIE Belgium is seeking a Strategy & Business Consultant Manager (F/M/X) to guide strategic missions and act as a trusted advisor to senior management. You will drive end-to-end transformations, build executive relationships, and shape ENGIE Consulting’s offerings.

The role demands 10–15 years in consulting, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch. A hybrid work model with collaboration across Belgium and neighboring markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• 10–15 years’ experience in consulting or similar environments with transformation program exposure.
• Experience in digital & innovation projects.
• Business development / M&A experience.
• Lean & operational excellence.
• Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Client-centric mindset with strong influencing skills.
• Agile, collaborative, and results‑driven.
