You will lead onboarding, communications, and sustained engagement using WalkMe, SAP Joule, and MS Copilot across global locations.

The role emphasizes users-first design, process optimization, and knowledge management with a focus on enablement and measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in software implementation, adoption or training.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an adoption strategy aligned with business goals.
• Map user journeys and design contextual support experiences.
• Create and maintain knowledge management and training materials.
• Coordinate user enablement across manufacturing, supply chain, and admin functions.
