Mission

As Strategic Supply Chain Program Manager, you will define and drive IBA's strategic supply chain transformation to support business growth and operational excellence. You will lead high-impact initiatives that redefine our supply chain architecture, from localizing production in new geographies to scaling capacity through new manufacturing facilities. This role requires translating business needs into actionable supply chain strategies and orchestrating their execution through complex, multi-year programs.

Challenges we trust you with

• Reshape our supply chain strategy: Design future-state supply chain models aligned with IBA's expansion goals
• Lead transformational projects: Take ownership of strategic initiatives including capacity expansion projects requiring new facilities, supplier ecosystem redesign, and end-to-end supply chain architecture evolution
• Build business cases that drive decisions: Develop comprehensive business plans for each initiative, identifying optimal suppliers, quantifying investment requirements, and defining implementation roadmaps with clear ROI metrics
