Air Liquide is seeking an SRM Specialist in Belgium to strengthen supplier relationships and manage SRM programs. You will support framework development, supplier segmentation, and risk management across the region, while driving sustainability through ESG initiatives and climate-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a procurement role with emphasis on contract and pricing negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management principles, processes, and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of the SR2M framework, including tools and processes.
• Manage supplier segmentation and SRM strategies; contribute to tools and processes; oversee risk and performance management.
• Train procurement teams on SR2M processes; monitor implementation and generate performance/compliance reports and dashboards.
• Drive procurement sustainability through risk management and climate/ESG initiatives; manage related projects.
