Air Liquide is seeking a procurement professional to strengthen supply chain resilience by rigorously assessing, mitigating, and monitoring supplier risk while aligning with quality standards.

You will support the SR2M framework, manage supplier segmentation, drive risk and performance management, and oversee audits. You will train teams and generate dashboards and reports.

This role will contribute to sustainable procurement, CO2 reduction, and inclusion initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience with emphasis on contract and pricing negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management principles, processes and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the SR2M framework, including tools and processes to improve implementation of SRM requirements.
• Manage supplier segmentation and SRM strategies within the region, contributing to tools and processes, and overseeing risk and performance management.
• Train procurement teams on SR2M processes, monitor implementation, and generate performance and compliance reports and dashboards.
• Drive procurement sustainability through risk management, CO2 emissions reduction, inclusive procurement practices, and ESG-related projects.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Supporting the development and implementation of the SR2M framework, including tools, processes, and improved implementation of existing SRM requirements (e.g., supplier risk, performance).
Managing supplier segmentation and SRM strategies within the region, contributing to tools and processes, supporting strategic initiatives, overseeing risk and performance management, and managing audits and related data.
Training procurement teams on SR2M processes, monitoring implementation, and generating performance and compliance reports and dashboards
Driving procurement sustainability through risk management, CO2 emissions reduction, inclusive procurement practices, and management of climate and ESG-related projects.

Are you a MATCH?

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a procurement role with an emphasis on contract and pricing negotiations.
3. In-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management principles, processes, and best practices.
