Air Liquide is seeking a Procurement Category Strategy professional to define and drive transport category strategy across Benelux, the UK, and CO2 Germany. The role focuses on supplier management, market analysis, and RFx execution to optimize TCO and supplier performance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable procurement improvements while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Analytical skills and cross-functional project management.
• Leadership qualities and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Negotiation experience with external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define transport category strategy for Benelux, UK and CO2 Germany.
• Manage contracts and supplier relationships long term.
• Conduct market analyses and analyze TCO drivers.
• Lead Category Boards with senior leadership.
• Identify RFx opportunities and run negotiations.
• Prepare and present annual business reviews with leadership.
• Create and maintain reports to track performance.
