Redwire Space seeks an experienced Financial Business Controller to lead the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will partner with operations and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Reporting to the CFO, you will strengthen financial discipline, support month-end close, and promote finance literacy across the organization. Experience with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX is a plus in this project-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Controller or similar.
• Strong FP&A, analytical, and business partnering skills.
• Solid accounting knowledge and hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting environments and SOX is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle and support business planning.
• Prepare and analyze management reporting, variance analysis and performance insights.
• Support the Leadership Team, Project Managers, and PMO with financial analysis and decision support.
• Partner with operations to improve project and business performance.
• Promote finance literacy across the organization and explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Support financial governance and internal controls within a SOX-compliant environment.
• Support and act as a back-up for the month-end close
