WAD Capital is seeking a Portfolio Controller to drive financial oversight across our SME portfolio, partnering with CEOs and acting as a bridge between portfolio operations and fund management. You will design and implement reporting frameworks, manage planning and cash flow forecasts, and deliver actionable insights to maintain investor confidence.

This is a senior role with regular collaboration across portfolio companies and the fund's investment team.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with experience in SME or mid-market environments.
• Ability to translate complex numbers into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on approach with comfort working across multiple portfolio companies.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement financial control frameworks and reporting tailored to portfolio and fund requirements.
• Lead budgeting, multi-year plans, and cash flow forecasting for liquidity management.
• Prepare investment analyses for CAPEX decisions and monitor performance vs. budget.
