KLA ICOS division in Leuven, Belgium, seeks a Senior product-oriented leader to drive market requirements and pricing for wafer/reticle inspection products. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and sales to shape strategy, lifecycle management and competitive positioning.

Leverage 3–5 years in the semiconductor capital equipment space to develop marketing plans, perform market research and guide pricing decisions that align with regional business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

MS/MBA/PhD required.
3–5 years in Semiconductor equipment industry preferred.
Direct development of market requirements and pricing.
Oversee market research and competitive analysis.
Ability to interact with engineering, manufacturing and sales.

Responsabilités

Direct the development of product market requirements for specific product lines, including strategy, requirements analysis and pricing.
Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles and product positioning.
Translate broad concepts into structured product marketing plans.
Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
Interact with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance products or lines.
Lead new product definitions and business plans with cross‑functional teams.
Select and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
Collect data on market trends and customer information to support company strategies.
Execute strategies and support sales channels for a region or customer.
