Experts Group International, based in Belgium, seeks a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow the Dutch and German markets. You will manage a portfolio of aluminium customers and translate technical needs into customer-ready solutions.

The role includes leading quotations, pricing, and negotiations while coordinating with production, engineering and supply chain teams. The position requires travel across the Netherlands and Germany, fluent Dutch and English, and ideally German language

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience in aluminium or metals.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow existing accounts.
• Comfortable leading negotiations and technical discussions.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of aluminium customers across the Dutch and German markets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers in aluminium, construction, mobility, automotive and industrial sectors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for aluminium extrusion and processing solutions.
• Develop the market through proactive business development, networking and customer visits.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in machining, surface finishing, assembly and services.
• Translate technical aluminium requirements into commercially viable customer solutions.
• Prepare tailored quotations and lead pricing and contract negotiations.
• Oversee commercial projects, including pricing, timelines, cost control and change management.
• Work closely with aluminium production, engineering, supply chain and senior sales teams.
