Michael Page is seeking a role focused on end-to-end contract renewals in a global technology environment. The position emphasizes pricing, quoting, amendments, and forecasting to secure revenue and ensure a smooth customer experience.

In collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams, you will analyze contract and sales data, drive improvements to quote-to-cash processes, and serve as a subject matter expert for complex renewal scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full contract renewal lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, terminations, pricing updates, and complex customer requests.
• Prepare and support sales quotations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk to maintain forecasts and protect revenue.
• Analyze contract, customer, and financial data to identify risks and renewal insights.
• Provide SME guidance for complex renewal scenarios and process-related questions.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline quote-to-cash and enhance customer experience.
