Tata Consultancy Services Belgium is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead end-to-end software releases across complex enterprise environments. You will plan, govern, and oversee release activities while aligning with Change Management, Deployment Management, and Agile/DevSecOps practices.

The ideal candidate will manage release lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive automation and continuous improvement through best practices, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end release lifecycles in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across multiple projects and teams.
• Maintain the enterprise release calendar and manage release dependencies to avoid conflicts.
• Oversee the end-to-end release process, ensuring compliance with Change and Deployment Management practices.
• Collaborate with development, testing, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and facilitate go/no-go decision meetings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate release risks with rollback and recovery strategies.
• Ensure traceability, compliance, and adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor release progress and report key metrics such as deployment success, lead times, and defect leakage.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and industry best practices.
• Support post-release hypercare activities and transition to operations.
