Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Operations Engineer in Brussels to ensure stability, performance, and security of business-critical applications and infrastructure. You will work with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to manage deployments, automate operations, and maintain high availability across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Junior-level professional experience in Operations Engineering, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and one of French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Implement temporary or permanent fixes, workarounds, and patches as required.
• Manage and execute application releases and infrastructure deployments across production and non-production environments.
• Utilize deployment tools and best practices to ensure consistent, repeatable, and auditable deployments.
• Maintain application data integrity through sanitization, anonymization, and reference data management.
• Provision and adapt infrastructure components to meet evolving business and operational needs.
• Manage virtualized, cloud, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and orchestration tools.
• Ensure platform security through patch management, system updates, and adherence to cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to align deployment, monitoring, and operational practices.
• Leverage containerization and orchestration technologies to improve scalability, deployment consistency, and rollback capabilities.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to support system health and incident response.
• Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure service resilience and achieve defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, playbooks, and recovery procedures.
