Jobtailor is seeking an English-speaking Product Manager to shape and lead product strategy across a global building segment. You will drive lifecycle management from concept to market launch, define pricing, and optimize margins in alignment with segment goals.

The role requires strong market analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, with French considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• First experience in B2B(2C) product management, ideally in an international environment and within the building segment.
• Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and product strategy.
• Consultancy background is a strong plus, bringing strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• High level of self-responsibility and team orientation.
• Fluent English and Dutch, French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement product strategies in line with the company’s vision.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful market launch.
• Define pricing, improve margins, and streamline the product portfolio in alignment with segment and category strategy.
• Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and “Voice of the Customer” insights.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes.
• Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials.
