Platform Science, Inc. in Belgium is seeking a strategic Head of Product Development to lead our European Mobility product organization. You will own the product strategy, portfolio roadmap, and execution across 8 European countries, managing a regional team of 16.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to align roadmaps with business goals, drive customer value, and ensure successful releases. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch or French as a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with team leadership.
• Experience in transportation, telematics, fleet management, or mobility software.
• Experience on leadership teams, multi-country roadmaps, budgets, and OKRs.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent.
• English fluency mandatory; Dutch and/or French a plus.

• Lead and grow a multi-regional team of product managers and owners.
• Define and execute multi-year mobility product strategy for Europe.
• Own European roadmap balancing short-term improvements with long-term tech standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Support, and Operations on releases.
