The Cotton Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive S&OP, inventory optimization, and planning-system implementation across B&C and Falk & Ross. You will lead the planning, purchasing, and procurement functions, aligning demand with supply and improving cash flow and service levels.

This role demands strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven mindset to deliver best-in-class planning across a multinational textile distributor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, or related leadership roles.
• Fluency in English (min. C1) is required; additional languages are an asset.
• Proven experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory management across brands, optimizing stock and working capital.
• Establish and continuously improve S&OP processes and monthly cycles.
• Drive planning systems implementation and data quality across the group.
• Coordinate procurement and supply planning with multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
