Umicore is seeking a People & Organization Business Partner to join our Hoboken site. You will support P&T and CRD, advising leaders, shaping talent and organizational design, and driving transformations with a collaborative, action‑oriented approach.

You will report to the Head of P&O BG Recycling & CTO, working from Olen and Hoboken with regular presence in the business. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, labor or social law, psychology, business, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into a focused people agenda with clear actions.
• Advise and coach leaders on people and organizational decisions.
• Lead talent, performance, and succession processes across scope.
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model changes.
• Support leaders through transformations with stakeholder engagement.
• Turn survey results into targeted engagement actions and culture improvements.
• Advise on employee relations and labor law matters.
• Identify people and organizational risks and support sound decisions.
• Partner with leaders on resource and capability planning and onboarding of key hires.
• Collaborate with Talent & Development and other P&O centers of expertise to deliver practical solutions.
