Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in operational excellence, project management, change management, or organizational development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive, and execution oriented.
• Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Optimize key processes, ways of working, and performance follow-up.
• Support execution of strategic priorities and transformation activities.
• Support leaders and teams through change initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support internal and external communications.
• Develop presentations, leadership communications, and engagement campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and employer branding.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Managing Director.
• Coordinate leadership actions, priorities, and follow-up activities.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across the organization.
