The House of Marketing is seeking marketing consultants in Belgium to work on strategic marketing projects and interim management assignments. You will collaborate with diverse clients and be supported by a client partner, career coach, and experts from The House of Marketing and our Collective entities.

You will deliver projects on time, spanning digital strategy, e-commerce, marketing automation, innovation, product and brand management, organizational design, value management and customer

Qualifications

• A broad or T-shaped marketing profile with business acumen and a proven track record in marketing.
• 3–8 years of work experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
• A consulting mindset: eager to challenge the status quo and create impact for clients.
• Solid marketing background with demonstrated experience.
• Coaching and mentoring experience or interest in developing others.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to grow knowledge and skills.
• Adaptability across industries and changing environments.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent communication: fluent Dutch, very good English; French basics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery: take responsibility for delivering projects on time, exceeding client expectations.
• Knowledge sharing: coach junior colleagues and identify opportunities for clients with an open-minded approach.
