Job summary

Minds&More is seeking a Marketing Consultant to support client marketing efforts across diverse industries. You will help develop integrated plans, launch go-to-market campaigns, and boost digital performance through engaging campaigns.

The role requires collaboration, proactivity, and strong marketing knowledge. You should bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or communications, plus at least two years of proven marketing experience and fluency in Dutch and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business or communications.
• Proven marketing experience (minimum 2 years) required.
• Fluent in Dutch & English, professional French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate fresh, impactful content plans: concept, copywriting, design.
• Create a 360° campaign plan with budget and channel proposition.
• Track KPI performance and implement optimizations.
• Apply solid marketing principles and best practices in client projects.
• Communicate clearly and present to stakeholders; manage timelines.
