Keystone Solutions in Brussels seeks an experienced Marketing Expert to join a consultancy mission for a leading financial-services client. You will drive data‑driven, omnichannel campaigns, blending strategy, analytics, and AI‑assisted personalization to strengthen customer relationships.

You will design end‑to‑end journeys, optimize conversion across owned, earned and paid media, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment. 50% on‑site and 50% remote work are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic marketing and communication experience, preferably in financial services.
• Expertise in performance marketing, including SEA, SEO and programmatic marketing.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making using Google Analytics and CDPs.
• Knowledge of optichannel strategies integrating online and offline touchpoints.
• Strong CRM principles, marketing analytics and journey optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid media.
• Translate customer and market data into actions that boost engagement and conversions.
• Design servicing and commercial campaigns and end-to-end customer journeys with CRM integration.
• Measure KPIs and analytics; adjust activities for maximum impact in Agile sprints.
